No service no internet

I deleted my previous review since they resolved the problem eventually after I did a review. I shouldn't have. I now don't have internet for the 3rd time in about 10 days. I live next to a 5 g tower and every time there's a alarm on the tower and no one can tell me how long it's going to be off. The previous time it was off for an entire 2 days. Then again another day now today yet another day with no internet. I have a 5 g tower right next to where I live. No time frame on when this will be resolved yet again. Why is there such frequent problems on the tower. I don't understand how I must pay for a service I don't have causing me to loose working days. Please let me know how long I can expect to be without internet yet again so I can do planning.
