No service!!! No feedbac**** No coverage!!! No luc****!

We received our 5G router today, prior to this when checking coverage it said we were covered. However, we have searched for connection through out our apartment, highs and lows and no 5G or 4G coverage. We have tried contacting someone through live chat, got kicked out several times, spoke to someone who put us through to 5G and got kicked out immediately after. This is absolutely pathetic. I want to know how to cancel and return this pathetic thing!
