No service no customer service.
It seems like rain doesn't care about their clients just take payment and give no service. I keep getting told to hard reset my router and yet after speaking to other people in my area that have rain I find that I am not the only one experiencing the no service issues, and now another month down I have no service for an entire 8 days, I need assistance.
