No service No customer care

Subscription cancelled 10 September 2024 and I submitted a review the same day. Rain usual response was a agent will contact me etc. Agent contacted me 11/9/24 promising the moon and stars. As this subscription is a month-to-month payment arrangement my subscription will end 1st October 24. Rain now demands a last payment to be done on the 1st????? This company does not deserve any rating at all, customer service is useless agents not responding and replies only consist of promises which never materialize. Rain please don't reply with your normal computer message
