NO SERVICE, NO ASSISTANCE FOR 3 DAYS!

I have not had service for 3 days now. I have been called twice over these 3 days and the recent call was someone by the name of Gugu who assured me that she'd be forwarding my query to the network department as I have not had connection on my rain Sim even though it is active and has network bars. I have sent countless tickets, (reached my limit), sent tweets, Facebook messages, and DMs but with no assistance.

I am frustrated beyond!!! I've requested a cancelation and refund because if this is the welcome one gets from them I don't want it. It's appealing to say the least and if I could I would give them no stars to begin with. Absolutely **********!
