No Service, long turn around

Debit order missed by one day, services disconnected immediately. Upon payment the next day, no network. I work from home, turn around time is 24-48 hours after already losing 3 hours of work time. I want a refund immediately or network up and running. Otherwise, I will send my bill for lost income due to this pathetic network
