No service given at all

The worst connection and service ever. They do not have support for clients, their sim card doesn't connect and on top of all this they debit our accounts for nothing. My partner paid for the service and it has never connected, we have sent multiple emails and still no help. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!!! WE WANT A FULL REFUND

3. Scroll down till you see "contact support" then open a ticket and provide me with the ticket number (please type it in words) so that I can assist you.

This logging a ticket thing takes weeks for a reply and quite frankly I'm not willing to take the back & forth. Rain has my contact details and if you want to solve you will call me.

I can't be chasing you to fix your faults
