No service from Rain trying to port out

I have had the most terrible experience with regards to Rain Mobile 4g. I received the WiFi router with 2 free **** Sims package. The home Internet I give 5 stars works well. I decided to port my number to use the 4g mobile SIM. 2 weeks now and I still cannot make and receive calls. Decided to call it a day and port out to Vodacom. 3 days now and still nothing. They not releasing the port out. Everytime I contact Rain they say ' We will escalate the matter' I have more than 20 reference numbers with no one assisting with my port out. Terrible service from Rain. Why hold our numbers hostage to your network
