No service from rain

my rain 5G got delivered and activated yesterday yet I never got internet i was told the tower is down due to vandalism and the technicians are working on it and now it's been 24 hours and stll no internet I'm a new customer and my experience has not been good there is no turnaround time and yet they gonna expect full payment when my bill is due I am beyond disappointed I couldn't even make use of the service
