No service from Rain even when you are up to date

Rain yet again discontinue my service and they say due to non payment. I have a recurring active debit order which runs on the 1st of every month. Service was discontinued from the 25th . I spoke to a certain lady from retention department for the whole hour yesterday . She promised that this wont happen again but we are here now,with no service today. The only solutionI did today, was to cancel my subscription. That is the most brilliant solution i am making for my self. There are so many network providers who will value their customers. Thanks for nothing Rain
