No service from Rain

I am writting this because i am tired of waistung mo ey in calling the call centre without any assistance rain has no 24hrs assistance line since last night around 20:00 ww have not have any internet connection whatsoever i wprk from home and this is becoming a constant peoblem where we are without internet connection for a certain amount of hours daily yet we pay connection monthy and on time i nees this sorted before i start work in the morning by 8am and i am tires of these issues.
