No service from rain

It's been 5 days now, still not activated on the Rain service, Fully paid R479 5 days ago already and all their support can say is that there is a back log on the registration of the SIM card, it's a bad experience I'm having already, haven't even used the service. I've logged so many calls already since Monday, but it's just excuses after excuses, no one even return your calls or your emails, just automatic reply messages. This is bad service.
