No service from Rain

I have purchased the rain 5G Wi-Fi service on 27/07/23 and received the 5G Wi-Fi Router on 31/07/23 and from then till now I haven’t been able to get the Wi-Fi to work despite numerous calls every day and numerous attempts to get it to work. So no service and no joy.
