No service for Rain

I got my 5g router yesterday and since then the tower close to me has been down, So I can no get a connection. We you phone support you get thru to someone that can not speak proper English so I am assuming the are outsourcing there call center to India ( why no great jobs locally I dont know).

I am paying for a service I can not use and have had to spend another R500 to buy data on my phone so I can just have internet access.

You can send them emails they just dont get back to you,

I am very disappointed
