No Service for 2 days and no call back.

I have been without internet for the last 2 days, My router keeps on searching for a network. I called the helpdesk who advised they would reroute me to another tower which did not work, I called in again and advised of the occurring situation that was not resolved. They then advised that they would escalate the ticket. I have been waiting without any call back and no internet. I am hotspotting myself on my cellphone.

It does not work, the lights turn white and eventually light up but it restarts the process again. It's as if it's stuck in a rebooting loop.
