No service even after i paid

i am serious upset with Rain the past few days. We paid as usual and its not been providing internet since. We have restarted countless times, even removed the sim and put it back but nothing. Another thing ut randomly starts working and then stops again for long hours. How can 5G have such a poor service. This is upsetting me now. Keep in mind we use it for business meaning our emails and communication services with clients has been terrible.

But theres no network even when theres no load shedding in our area. And this problem started recently. I dont understand now. Im at my workplace right now theres no loadshedding at the moment and theres no internet service
