No service

I have been with Rain for quite a while now. I moved last week Thursday and everyday since Thursday I am calling to reconnect. Every time I call I get told to wait 1 hour and then sometimes 24 hours. I do so and still no connection.

Today suddenly I was told there are tower upgrades taking place. So the story completely changes. I do not know what to believe now. I am paying for a non existent service.

What makes it more frustrating the call centre seems to have been outsourced and the agents do not understand what I am trying to say
