No Service

Paid the asking price upfront and receive the router and sim card on Wednesday. Haven't had Internet connection or network since. It's nearly impossible to contact their support group and when you do you are told to wait 24hours before being contacted again. It's over 48 hours now. I honestly feel ****med by them.
