Promise delivery in 5 working days. 19/10/2023 was the 5th working day but their courier says they can only deliver on the 01/11/2023. Spoken often with support and promises are made but never kept. Quick to take money but no service or care. I would like THE CEO of Rain to contact me if he has the *****
