No service but take your money

I phoned nobody to take call because of social distancing. so for a leading company so they say they can not work from home as the rest of the country. all other companies with service centres made a plan.

They can`t take my call. so i emailed them as their instructions from automated call.

It is now three days and still nobody tried to contact me. they take your money but cant give service.

if i did not have a backup plan for internet i would not even be able to mail their support for my internet not working.

just think about it.
