no service but still debited

I had relocated to PE in November and was told there was no 5G coverage in the area. so i cancelled the services .I have been debited 3 times since then and after several calls and useless reference numbers with promises made to call back,refund etc ,nothing has come of this. Please can my refund be processed .I believed Rain was the game changer but still the same like all rest. Customer Service is King
