No service, but and icrease non the less
Just got a charge for R620, whereas my account were R589, with no notification from rain of any price increase. Tried their WhatsApp line, they said my account is up to date, go figure. So they just up your premium when it suits them, without telling you and still fail to provide service

02 May 2026, 13:38Still no update, I therefore assume that this never happened as you do not have proof, in short as usual you are lying to again save your own butts as NO SMS was send out. What further concern me and make me believe this is a lie, is that your customer service lady did not know about this. Would the practice not be that you notify customer service in advance that should customer call and query they have the answers? You really suck at this. And should you not have given me the option to discontinue my service BEFORE you increased my payment?
If no concrete evidence is supp**** within 24 hours (not working hours) then just credit my account with the difference until such time as you are able to provide me with the required proof.
PS: I will log an additional complaint that potencial customers can see what they are in for and opt for a different service provider. Heading will Read: RAIN PASS INCREASES WITHOUT NOTIFICATION
If no concrete evidence is supp**** within 24 hours (not working hours) then just credit my account with the difference until such time as you are able to provide me with the required proof.
