No Service - Bad Service!!!!

PATHETIC!!! When I got rain, it worked perfectly, then it just went downhill from there. It took me +- 5 minutes to send a normal WhatsApp message, sometimes it doesn't even send at all. I tried contacting them but their call centre is closed, my husband and I emailed multiple times as I was using this internet for work. No-one got back to us, it's the 5th week now trying to contact them but no-one is getting back to us. Still waiting....
