No service.
I order a 4g deal i have been using my zte router previously with rain and eversince i ordered 5g my 4g nolonger wants to work in my zte router,i ordered the 4g for a different adress and it says my device is currently offline and no service connection.
I tried to phone rain but no answer,im once again cancellimg my comtract,i cant with this poor service anymore.

19 Dec 2022, 16:59I received my new sim,still shows no service been 7 hours now still no service,setting was corrected,still no service,ram said they dont rica the sim so how do i use a sim thats not ricad?
I took the black friday package now i have to pay for the service i didnt get?
