No Service at rain they dont assist and have full signal

#### Poor Service i upgraded my package to unlimited and now i have no internet.

I need to work from home but with this internet i cant eventhough i have full signal...

There is no other service provider that will help during lockdown.

And in the mean time i need to work but cant cause no one at rain assist...The net was fine when it was the offpeak package
