No service at all only empty promises

Good day Rain I'm really speechless of how *** your service is. One of you consultants speak to me this morning and promise to help me, and promise to phone me back with in a half hour time still waiting for her to come back!!!!And now my internet isn't working again, same story ever day ever week every month and you expect me to pay for a service that isn't working. I'm going to put up a board in front of my house to warn people against the poor service of rain
