No service at all

For almost two months now I have been complaining about the slow and no internet connection. It takes them 3 weeks to answer an online query. Then they start the mail apologizing for the delay, and ask do you still need help. The never ending story then start again. Yes! I still need help. Then ot takes them 4 days to respond. And so it goes... PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM.... They don't even respond to Facebook postings or to Facebook messenger.
