No service at all

Hi what is taking so long for a credit to be done on my account. Yet again my account was debited very promptly with the full amount of R729 yet I was told I would be given a credit for the 21 days of August where I had absolutely no service.

I still await feedback from anyone. What type of customer service is this? That it takes 2 to 3 weeks to resolve simple issues.

This will be once again escalated to social media sites to inform people of the incompetence of RAIN, they should rather stick to every other provider. Its really pointless offering your great deals but you cannot offer customer service?? I expect to get a refund foe the 21 days asap I am now very tired of fighting for what's rightfully mine.
