NO SERVICE as always

I'm very frustrated with rain.. I haven't had service for 3 days and yet my money is taken via debit order religiously.. I've since missed out on on 3 days of work, sent an email and reached out via Twitter. No response. This is nonsense honestly. Fix my problem or cancel my service..
