no service and rude agent

my rain network has not been working since i got it, i waste more money calling everyday and agents keep saying they escalating the matter and ill be called back and still no one called me. i tried all methods to contact them and one of the agents even said i should cancel the contract after 2 weeks of calling everyday i get that! what's worse is me and my partner work from home and we recommended to use rain as it was able to help us to work at home but looks like i **** . and when i asked to go back to my 4G sim card she said they no more selling it. im so fustrated
