No service and no support
Very bad service from Rain. Please dont use them cause you have no customer support. I am trying to cancel my sim in the last week of July 2020 after I had it for 3 days with no service in the area that indicated available 4g. Very conveniently the cancel sim button does not work on my profile. I tried it on my phone and laptop to cancel. Also very conveniently their call centre agents doesnt work due to covid. You can visit a mall. And no one calls back om the support call you logg. Please deactivate my account.
