No service and No Solutions to problems

This has actually been the worse experience ever, i have no had any connection from the day i received my sim it just keeps on saying no service. Its literally been 7 days of having live chats with consultants that kept on taking me through steps to configure my modems and cellphone devices and this still did not solve the issue ,they kept on telling to wait 24-48hours and still nothing. This has been too frustrating and a waste of my time and money.
