NO Service and NO Signal

My mom has no signal for 2 weeks, she tried to phone rain which did absolutely nothing. When she wanted to cancle they said she can only cancle the next month(this month), in other words she is paying for a service she is not getting. Yesterday when she phoned someone laughed and hung up on her. Rain is not a very good service provider, I would not recommend them.
