no service again

Here we are again on a Wednesday and my router is off. Last week Wednesday i reported this same issue to Shaylen because im trying to show you guys that i am not going crazy when i say i only have network 3 days a week. What must i do now or do i need to go to the newspapers because this becoming out of hand. At this point i should not be paying a cent because my wifi is never online for a month. If you feel that Eldorado Park is an issue then get security in but im honestly getting tired of this.
