No service AGAIN
Rain, there is no service on my connection, again it is failing me when I have to work. I can send as many requests as I want on your app and no one helps or even responds to my requests (tickets)

Especially since Loadshedding started a year ago, rain has experienced more problems. Work wise it affects people a lot when there's technical difficulties on a continuous bases.

23 Jul 2023, 21:30The problems keep on going. No matter what time it is it goes off stays off and then after 2 hours it connects for an hour, this disrupts work a lot. I am losing clients like this cause I have to stay online for the Childrens I am teaching's education. Please have them make a plan, asap, its a new week, new students and this does not look good if I have to tell my students parents that their classes failed due to Rains poor connections and permanent failure of the towers. They won't be impress with me and not impressed with Rain if their kids fail on learning.
