No service.

Absolutely disgusted with the service here. Ordered and made payments on the 26th of January to be told to expect delivery to my house on the 28th and to ensure I have my ID and proof of address. Got an email on the 28th to schedule a delivery I comp**** and had delivery scheduled for the 30th of Jan from 8am-10am. Received a call at 11:30am to be told they are unable to make delivery today and can they reschedule. Patiently I comp**** again and rescheduled for the 3rd of February between 2pm and 4pm. Received a call at 4:30pm on the 3rd to notify me that they do not have my parcel and can they schedule for another time when they receive the parcel. I escalated the matter with both rain and the ccd courier service they use only for them to schedule a delivery for the 5th of February. Received a call on the 5th of February in the morning to be told they are unable to make a delivery as they still do not have my parcel.
