No service!!!

I have had no network since yesterday.. No bars at all.. I have tried to lodge a ticket multiple times via that useless app of theirs.. But they debited my account on the 4th of this Month..No way of contacting them, absolutely ridiculous.. This has happened before by the way.. Is this going to be a yearly problem rain!! It's time to leave this useless network
