No service

You need to check whether you customers are receiving their orders! I have been waiting for my delivery from RAM for the whole week with a promise that it will be dispatched the next day! The next day then it’s the next! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ! I have been hearing negative feedback about Rain and their services, I’m starting to wonder whether I made the right decision. Please sort out this issues as I’m tired of calling RAM daily. Or keep the parcel and refund me my money. You don’t have a call center to call and your support link on your website has not been working for DAYS NOW.!
