No Service!

Oh my word, it seems as we are getting no where with this Service Provider. I have joined Rain 28 September 2021. I bought the Unlimited Home 5G Standard package at R699. The SIM card was delivered at my door within the promised time. Guess what... the thing was faulty and up to today it has not been fixed. I am paying for a service that I never got. I, like all the other people complaining about their service here, has tried to contact their customer service without avail. I was promised a new SIM card, has not happen till today. I am cancelling my subscription and debit order to them tomorrow. I am not paying for a service that they I am not receiving. I will only return their rooter after they have refunded me my initial deposit. If they don't refund, they can forget about their rooter.
