No Service

We have been without internet signal for more than 24 hours. We have been trying to get hold of the service provider numerous times and eventually a friend informed us now that Rain is aware of the problem but their technically department is not working over weekends. I feel I am paying for a services they suppose to provide! They don't even have the decency to call you back after you request a callback numerous times!

And promises that the technical department will contact you shortly, it doesn't happen at all!
