No service

The customer service is non existing, only service you get is when you join. Called them a view times regarding bad network (waiting to speak to someone takes so long) called them again and again then emailed them as we had to use the neighbors wifi to connect our tv because only our 2 phones would work on the wifi and not the tv. About 3 months ago I've canceled my account on their website as there is no other way to cancel but still they try to debit our account every month. This morning I signed in my account again and there is not even a option anymore to cancel. So many people on Facebook shares this same experience. After getting your rain router customer service is non existing and you are stuck with rain I had to open a new bank account because of rain.
