No Service

I am battling to cancel RAIN. You can go onto ASKRAIN and an AI responds very efficiently to your query with very specific details. The AI then emails support with your query. You get an email with a ref number, but thats where it ends. Nobody calls you back. I cancelled my service on 4 Nov. 2 months of my billing shows due whilst the funds were taken off my bank account. I was charged again for December even though I cancelled on 4 Nov.
