No Service

I have had almost no service from Rain in the almost 2 months since I signed up with them. If you complain nothing gets done but a few hours later you receive an automated email asking you to rate the service. Have you ever encountered anything as wiered as that?

They say the tower is off but they do nothing about it!

I have now reached the stage where enough is enough. If they don't sort out the problem in the next few days I want my money back and terminate the service.
