No service

I have had enough of Rain and the poor service from your customer care section I have updated to the 5g with 2 simkaarts your courier only delivered 2 simcards , my friends and family that updated received 2 simcards and a new 5 g router besides the fact that the simcards do not work it's been almost one month I am trying to get your attention and you don't care so I won't care and will be removing you from my bank account
