No router...WOW!

Let down. I ordered my Rain wifi router and sim on Saturday the 29th of April. Delivery time is great, I got it on the 4th of May, no problem. But I only got the sim card and no ROUTER. I wasn't told beforehand that there are no routers available, no SMS, phone call, NOTHING! My business depends on the internet and as a first-time customer, I AM HIGHLY LET DOWN....Shat a great start.
