No response to support requests.

No response to support requests. During the lockdown I've had several problems with both a 4G and a 5G service. The 4G keeps saying "no service" on the device and the 5G often stops working and I have to restart the device to get a working internet connection again. I have logged several requests for assistance but none have even been responded to, let alone investigated or resolved.
