No Response to Cancellation request
After being a loyal customer of Rain for years, I have requested cancellation on the 01st of September. I have a month to month subscription. I have made contact over 10 times, I keep getting told that they have created an urgent support ticket and someone will get back to me soon. it is the 08th of October and still no one has contacted me. I still got charged this month and no response when asking for a refund either. Terrible after support and would not recommend using this Company.
