NO RESPONSE SIM NOT RICA'd AND NO ACCESS YET MONEY WENT OFF

I have order a sim via takealot about 2 months ago. I have activate rain sim for 4g R479 on the 9th August. The debit order went off my partners account and was then told i need to rica the sim. The app allows you to upload those documents from there via a link sent via sms. Its stuck the on RICA and will not allow one to continue. I asked my stepdaughter to send rain the Rica documents as she is with Rain and has their email address she did. No response or acknowledgement. I work in places where I can not be on my phone. I have emailed them personally the same documents and sim number in question. NO Response. Please RICA the sim or refund my money. How on earth am I paying for something I can not access. I signed up because of a good referral only to be met with such poor service and nonsense.

Was this an automated reply and just for show ? I have kids that home school due this lock down and have now missed out on a weeks work. Get it together or refund my account and let me go else where.
