No response on upgrade - poor turnaround feedback time

Upgraded my package on the 24/03/2020 and to date I have not received a response or an upgrade. Been told from the online support someone will contact me , but noone has .

Atleast value your customers , and the lockdown should not be used as an excuse as I dont need a sim delivery I already have a sim and activated network .
