No response on service request
They don't get back to me on a service request. I log a request regarding my payment details on 28/06/2020 and as of today 11/07/2020 I had no repose from RAIN. This is after I send numerous mails in this regards. My request number is: ***. I will update this review when I eventually get any feedback from RAIN

21 Jul 2020, 13:24This issue is still outstanding. Terrible. They just closed the service request stating that is resolved witch is a lie. Nothing was done expect for closing the call. No response. My trust is dwindling...
